Harish Rangacharya

Mr. Harish Rangacharya is the Founder Director of CADSYS. Mr. Rangacharya has M.Tech from IIT, Chennai and has wide-ranging experience in Software Development, CAD and Marketing. He is also an expert in workflow design and process re-engineering an essential requirement for ITES industry. Ever since the inception of the company he has built up a team of professionals in every Major Area of Business, Namely R&D, Marketing and Technical service. Under the able Leadership of Mr. Rangacharya, the sales and the profit of the company have been registering a consistent growth. Recognizing his Entrepreneurial Capabilities, Entrepreneurship Development Institute, a Government of India undertaking has given him the Award of Entrepreneur of The Year award for the year 2004.

Ashok Syal

Ashok Syal is the Director and the Strategic Advisor of GIS services for the US Operations of Cadsys (India) Ltd. Ashok Syal is a Graduate from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT). He has more than 25 years of rich industry experience in Sales, Strategic Business Development, Consulting and Operations Management. Ashok is based in US and operates from Cadsys Virginia office.

Formerly, Mr. Ashok was Director Alliances and Acquisitions at HCL America. During his 20-year stint with the HCL Group he was responsible for Technology transfers, manufacturing operations, International business support and running HCL Japan operations. In the US Ashok led and formed an Alliances and Acquisitions Group to grow the Inorganic revenues for the company.

Ashok has abundant experience and skills to design and drive business strategy and operations managing cross cultural/ cross functional teams across Sales & Delivery in BPO and IT. Ashok is a cofounder of Sumpraxis LLC. Sumpraxis helps companies in developing business alliances for customers and partners in the US with Offshore companies in India in diverse processes and industry verticals.

Padmaja

Ms. Padmaja is the Executive Director and co-founder of Cadsys. She handles the Administrative and Financial Affairs of the Company. Before joining Cadsys, she was one of the leading members of Hyderabad Stock Exchange with over 20 years of experience in the fields of Finance, Administration and General Management of the Company Affairs.

Al Naumann

Mr. Al Nuamann is the Senior Management Advisor of Cadsys and overseas GIS Sales, Consulting and Implementation strategy.

Formerly Mr. Naumann had served as President of Apex Geospatial LLC and till July 2000 he served as Executive Vice President of Analytic Surveys Incorporated's (ASI) Integrated Spatial Solutions Division. Previously, He worked for Cartotech for 14 years, serving as its President from 1996 until its acquisition by ASI in 1998. Mr. Al Naumann has a degree in Physical and Applied Geography from Southwest Texas State University.

Nagarajan

Mr. Nagarajan is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Software Division of CADSYS. Nagarajan is a computer science graduate and has over twenty years of experience in software industry which includes a seven year stint at USA.

Prior to joining CADSYS, Nagarajan headed software product development at GE Power (formerly called Satyam GE). Nagarajan has started his career as a software engineer at TCS and has experience in managing IT and software development projects at top tier Pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer and Financial Services organizations such as Marsh & Mclennan in NY, Dun & Bradstreet NJ, Hyperion Financials CT.

Chandra Shekhar

Mr. Chandra Sekhar is the President of Engineering Services Division of CADSYS. He has steered the company to great success and has earned high reputation for the company in the Field of Design, Engineering and Project Management. Chandra Sekhar has over 27 years of Engineering Design and Project management experience in Indian and Global Markets. He is amongst the specialist MEP service designers. In his long years of experience, he has been associated with projects of leading players in the Industry of the likes of International Bechtel Corporation (USA), US Corps of Engineers, K'verner Corporation (UK) and many other industry majors.

Chandra Sekhar holds bachelors degree in electrical engineering and has undergone additional training for 1 ½ years in HVAC design, Engineering and Project management. In his previous assignments, he has lead team of professionals to produce quality design and engineering works. As Head of Middle East operations, he has managed technical and commercial operations of an International MEP consultancy organization, consistently generating profits YOY. Apart from his design experience and he has successfully managed complex and high profile projects from concept to commissioning.

Murali Dammalapati

Murali is the CTO of Cadsys. Murali has a BS (CS) from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India and an MBA from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. Mr. Murali has excellent academic record throughout his education and had been the 1st Rank holder in State Board of Intermediate Education.

Before joining Cadsys, Murali co-founded Innominds in 1998 an IT company based in USA. During his 20 years of career as a technology-focused IT Manager, architect and consultant, Murali has designed, developed and implemented large-scale Internet, web services, database and client server applications.

His accomplishments include design and development of JMission, a Java based project management tool integrated in a development environment. He also designed, developed and managed the multimedia portal SeymourTV, based on J2EE Technologies, for the New Ventures group at Lucent.
