But we did embrace Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Later Enterprise Architecture Integration (EAI) immediately as they became available.

Our KPO solutions to customers is a resultant of right combination of right technology and right people. Our Web 2.0 based "Knowledge Collaboration tools" provide right frame work for our highly skilled staff to collaborate with you in developing the solutions. Our collaboration with your staff will be real time when required and with well defined hand offs in steady state of operations. Our processes will be transparent to your staff. Production Metrics:

Cadsys follows Six Sigma standards of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) to manage its production operations. As an effort in this direction, Cadsys takes pride in developing metrics to measure tasks that are normally impossible to measure. For example, we developed the a Metric CI, Cognitive Index, to assess the Knowledge Gap and learnability of a person to work on a project.

We also developed a metric P(0), probability of zero defect to assess the quality of the batch in production well before its completion.

Cadsys staff have many publications published in international journals of repute on measurement and effective control of diverse subjects like Drought identification, Project Management and Knowledge Management.
